Here is how it works:
We follow a simple 4 step process that spans 6 weeks and has your team using the tool within 2 weeks

Scope Alignment Workshop
Things kick off with a 50-minute workshop to understand your objectives and target outcomes for Monday.com. If you already have your workflow defined, we review it; if you do not, we co-create it as input to your tool design.
We then showcase functionality of the tool and how it can best be used to meet your objectives, and align on the best place to start with building out and configuring the tool.
Week 0

Monday.com Build Out
We then build out and configure Monday.com based on the agreed upon scope. For every board we build, we include a standard operating procedure (SOP) so you and your team can easily understand how and why to use it.
Weeks 1 - 2

Training and Support
We train your team on the tool and provide 1 month of support to answer questions, gather feedback, and assess potential changes to the board designs based on real-world-usage by your team.
Weeks 3 - 6

Monday.com Updates
We refine the boards based on feedback from your team, and update the SOPs to reflect any changes so you and your team are set up to successfully utilize the tool to achieve your outcomes. Ongoing tool support or additional configuration of the tool for new functionality can be added upon request.
