MEET CRISTA

Crista Grasso is a scaling strategist and operations alchemist and founder of the Lean Out Method® and Strategic Ops Institute™.

As a serial founder and consultant, Crista has spent more than 3 decades helping businesses scale in simple and sustainable ways and adopt lean and agile ways of working - from the largest Fortune 50 companies in the world to online small businesses. 

She specializes in creating the scaling ecosystem that gets the founder out of the day to day operations of their business and in elevating operational leaders to become Strategy and Operations Leaders (SOLs) capable of being the strategic thinking and scaling partner today's founders are looking for in their right-hand leaders and advisors.

She developed her signature Lean Scaling System™ to fill the gap in the market for businesses scaling through the messy middle of multi-6 to multi-7 figures. 

Known as the "Business Optimizer", Crista has the ability to quickly cut through the noise and focus on optimizing the core things that will make the biggest impact to sustainably scale a business.

She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and holds several lean, agile, change management, and program management certifications including:

When she's not dishing out the merits of lean strategic planning and simple sustainable scaling, you can find her drinking espresso, rocking out with Bret Michaels, enjoying a spa day, or spending time with her 2 pups and a great book.  She is an avid traveler - always embarking on new adventures.

MEET JESSICA

Jessica D. Maine is a seasoned strategist, coach, and consultant who has a passion for optimization, empowerment, and sustainable growth, bringing a human-first approach to her work. 

With over 15 years of experience in executive leadership, management, and consulting across various industries, she has a deep understanding of the driving forces behind success and the cultivation of authentic professional relationships.

She believes that the key lies in connecting genuinely with the people you serve through effective communication and a profound comprehension of their needs.

Jessica is the Chief Strategy and Operating Officer (CSOO) for both of our companies, Lean Out Method and Strategic Ops Institute. She is the lead coach inside our Chief Strategy and Operating Officer Certification Program.

Beyond her professional life, she is also a mother and a person with a heart to influence positive change in the world. She strives to make a difference not just as a business leader but as a human being committed to equity and fairness. 

MEET KILEY

Kiley Fults is Crista's Executive Assistant and the Event Manager for Lean Out Method. She plans our luxe in-person business retreats, pulling from her experience as a seasoned travel agent to ensure every attendee has an unforgettable and incredible experience. 

Kiley has been by Crista's side for more than 10 years, keeping things organized and running smoothly in the background. 

Kiley's favorite city is Old San Juan, she is a self proclaimed book nerd, loves playing Monopoly with her kids (and trying to win!), and singing loud and off key to musicals. She enjoys seeking out the "non-touristy" local beaches of the Caribbean and Mexico. 

MEET ELLA

Ella Marie Teves is a Digital Marketing expert who is passionate about helping businesses leverage technology to make their lives easier.

Ella specializes in Kajabi, Email Marketing, SEO, Analytics, and Reporting and is the Technical Specialist at Lean Out Method. 

When she's not busy making our client's lives easier, you can find her traveling and learning new things, especially about tech.
