- Develop Processes and SOPs: Train, mentor, and lead your team to develop simple processes and SOPs for your critical business systems
- Create Your Playbook: Working in collaboration with your team, we lead the creation or upleveling of your company playbook / employee handbook
- Uplevel Your Team: Assess your current team structure and leadership practices to identify role-alignment opportunities, and high performing team practice gaps
- Create Your Operating Model: Build out your operating model to reflect your current systems and team as well as your needs in the next 90 days
- Create Role Success Kits: Define role descriptions and responsibilities for all current roles, build out success kits within your company playbook
- Update KPIs and Dashboards: Assess and augment current metrics / KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- Build a Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) Culture: Ensure your team's focus on continuous improvement and optimization
