Change Maker 500 is a 9-month small circle mastermind exclusively for impact-driven and passion-fueled entrepreneurs ready to scale to $500k on their way to 7+ figures.

It includes peer mastermind calls, leadership, support and strategic advisory from Crista and the Lean Out Method team, in person and virtual retreats, and access to our Simplify to Scale Business Accelerator for both you and your right-hand person in your team. 

The Change Maker 500 Mastermind kicks off on April 6th and we have our final call on December 14th.

We intentionally structure the calls in a way where you only need to dedicate 1 hour live per week.  This gives you plenty of time to take action and implement on the feedback you receive from Crista and your mastermind peers. 

Calls are recorded so if you can't join us live, you have access to watch the replays anytime.

A lot!  We are all about transformation over transaction and intentionally keep the mastermind small circle so both Crista and the other mastermind members have the opportunity to deeply get to know you and your business in order to best support you in simplifying and scaling your business to $500k and beyond. 

You get a private 1:1 call with Crista when joining (25 minute, 55 minute, or half-day depending on how and when you join), the opportunity to get your questions answered by Crista in the Q&A calls, plus Crista responds to questions inside the private community between calls.

The maximum number will be 15 and the minimum number will be 5.  

This is a fixed group that begins on April 5th.  Only those who apply before March 21st will be considered.

Since this is the first time we are opening up the mastermind to those with a revenue target of $500k in the next 18 months (it's typically for those targeting $1m+), we don't know when or if we will be offering the Change Maker 500 Mastermind again.  If we do, it will not be until 2023.

When you are serious about scaling your business, you know there is no such thing as an overnight success and that it takes time and consistently showing up and doing the work to achieve real lasting results.  We give you all the tools, knowledge, and support you'll need.  You need to show up and consistently do the work over the next 9 months. 

This special edition of our Change Maker Mastermind is focused on those looking to generate $500k in revenue in the next 18 months, however, you will still get tremendous value from the Change Maker 500 Mastermind if you currently generate $500k in revenue and are scaling up to $1m.

You can put in as much or as little time as you want, however to maximize the investment you are making in your business and yourself, we recommend that you plan for 3+ hours per week on average.

If you're thinking "but I have sooooo much going on, I couldn't possibly spend 3+ hours per week", then you need this mastermind experience more than ever! 

First, as you lean out and build your systems and team, you will create more space in your calendar and most members get back an average of 10 hours per week (although some get back much more depending on where they are starting from). 

Second, you need to get off the hustle hamster wheel and get really smart about how you are working. Everything we do inside the mastermind shows you how.

Here is how we would recommend investing your time in the program:

• 1 hour per week actively engaging in the online community - ask questions, share wins, and help others thrive
• 1 hour per week dedicated to the Mastermind Calls and Workshops and Q&A Calls with Crista
• 1+ hours per week dedicated to upskilling via the Simplify to Scale Program Modules, Systems, SOPs, and Templates
• In addition, plan to set aside 90 minutes per quarter for the strategic planning session plus 30 minutes per month for your private accountability coaching call 

You can choose to invest more time knowing that the more you invest in the mastermind, the more you will get out of it and the faster you will scale to $500k and ultimately 7+ figures.

The investment is $12,000 to pay in full or 9 monthly payments of $1,500, with your first payment due upon joining.
